Hi, I’m Jasmine Caradine, founder of Ellama Tax Solutions.

When I first started preparing taxes, I realized how many people were left in the dark about their own finances. Too often, returns were filed and forgotten with no real guidance, no explanation, no plan for what’s next. I wanted to change that. My passion is helping people understand their situation, find real solutions, and feel confident about their financial future.

The name Ellama was inspired by my children and the family values that motivate me every day. While family isn’t our brand theme, it’s the heart behind everything I do. It reminds me that every person I help is someone else’s family too, and they deserve honesty, respect, and care.

I’ve been in the tax industry for over five years, beginning by helping family and friends, and later working as a Supervisor and Tax Examiner with the IRS. During that time, I handled everything from sending notices and setting up payment arrangements to helping taxpayers find relief programs. I’m also a Tax Expert with TurboTax, now entering my third year, which helps me stay on top of changing tax laws and serve clients from all walks of life.

At Ellama Tax Solutions, we do more than just file taxes; we educate, guide, and support. Whether your refund wasn’t what you expected, you’re behind on filing, or you’ve received an IRS notice, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and peace of mind. We provide year-round support, because the IRS doesn’t stop in April, and neither do we. My approach is simple: be transparent, approachable, and honest. There’s no gatekeeping, no cutting corners, just real help and real results.

I hold IRS certifications as a Supervisor and Tax Examining Technician, and I’m continuously expanding my knowledge through courses with Spidell and by working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent, which will allow me to represent clients directly before the IRS.
